-I stand by my product and try to provide the best products possible. Every diaper that is made is painstakingly sourced, cut, sewn, serged, snapped, wrapped, and shipped by me. If you detect a manufacturing flaw upon receipt of your diaper please contact me immediately.
-I provide a 90 day warranty on diapers that are purchased new by its original owner and will repair any defect (i.e. snaps and elastic) that a diaper may have and I will cover all shipping costs. If I cannot fix the diaper I will replace it with a new one.
-All items that are in-stock are eligible for exchange within 10 days of original purchase and are returned in unwashed and unused, new condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

"So, I finally got all of my GF from the last stocking. I want to say WOW!!!! I have not cloth diapered my LO at night. I tried twice with huge fails. He sleeps 12+ hours and pees like a machine. He is a definite HEAVY WETTER. He can soak a sposie in 3 hours at night and 2 hours during the day. So, Novia was my last cha...nce. I put him in a Utilitarian Rainbow with the soaker, ZORB, extra OBV liner, and the fleece. Then, I topped it off with a Thirsties cover. He woke up DRY!!!!! There was even some room in the back for more pee. These are worht every penny. I wish I had found them at the beginning, but I will hopefully add one here and there. These diapers are the best made, softest, most beautiful, and cheeky diapers I have ever seen (and I have tried upwards of 10 different brands). LOVE THEM!!!!
